38th Remodel: This was an expensive and time consuming remodel. First off all the house was full of stuff when I got it. Secondly, there was a non permitted structure in the back, which needed to have a new foundation put on (basically the entire back room was rebuilt). The electric in the house had to be totally re-done, with a new panel being installed. The kitchen was replaced. The flooring was replaced with laminate throughout.
This project required an architect and constant trips to the City Building department.

the hot water heater broke during the remodel so it go replaced. that window goes away with the addition rebuild
junk in the garage included like 5 matresses and various miscellaneous junk -- garage door to be replaced (with an installed automatic opener)
